Vendor Registration - 2023 Goat Cook Off

49th Annual World Championship BBQ Goat Cook Off - September 2nd 2023

• Get ready this year for a full lineup of cooking teams, live music, activities, and more on Friday, September 1st and  Saturday, September 2nd at Richards Park in Brady, Texas. 
• Set up will be Friday, September 1st from 2:00pm-5:00pm or Saturday, September 2nd from 6:30am-9am, late setup will not be allowed. 
• The full event details and guidelines are disclosed during the online registration process. 

Returning Vendor Registration is Open 02/27/2023 - 03/23/2023: 

Returning Vendors must select last year's spot if registering early. Selection of another returning vendor spot during this time will result in immediate removal from the event with no refunds. If you would like a different spot or to add an additional spot, you will need to wait until new vendor registration opens, and space is not guaranteed since it is a first come, first serve registration process.

New Vendor Registration is Open 03/27/2023 - 08/25/2023: 

Registration is only open for new vendors March 27th, once returing vedors have reserved their returing spaces. If any new vendor registers before this date, you will not recieve a refund and will be removed from the event entirely. 

1. Arts & Crafts Vendor Costs are as follows: 10x10 Space: $75 or $40 with a goat-related item
2. Food Vendor Costs are as follows: 10x20 Space: $75 (must include a goat meat item. No alcoholic beverage sales are permitted)
3. Concert Food Vendor Costs are as follows: 10x20 Space: $75- No electric or water provided for these spaces. Food Vendors in the park may not relocate to these spots. (Must include a goat meat item. No alcoholic beverage sales are permitted)
